Perfectly located a few minutes walk from the station, near restaurants and main transportation. We stayed in a quadruple room with 2 bedrooms and a huge living room. There was a kitchen space ideal for long stays and the bathtub in the bathroom had a nice view of the city. Great amenities as well, not to mention a huge sofa and a smart TV (working for real) There is no breakfast venue but people can choose to have it delivered in the room or going to nearby restaurants Huge balcony

Very conveniently located within 5 minutes of train station. We could walk 10-15 minutes to more popular spots e.g. red brick warehouse and then further up to Mount Hakodate railway (which unfortunately closed early due to weather). The next day, got breakfast from nearby seafood market before checking out. It was a short yet very comfortable stay, complete with all the amenities you need within reach. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable too. There's a big living room, toilet and balcony which is a welcome change from usual Japan hotels.

One of our favourite stays ever. LOVED the picnic basket breakfast - sumptuous and delicious! 2 adult breakfast was sufficient for 2 adults + a 4 year old. Apartment was spacious with large balcony. We could leave our luggages open and still had space to walk. Beds were comfortable and we liked that the collapsible doors blocked off morning sun. Especially appreciated the kids amenity pack. Small but functional kitchenette if you want to cook. They also have paid parking for guests. Staff are friendly and helpful. Waking distance to the morning Market.

The location is very good since Hakodate morning market is at its door-step. We parked at the hotel for free but we have to move our car by 12pm the next day when we checked out (check out at 10am). The bathroom is big for Japanese standard and has a large bath-tub. The apartment also has a balconly which is nice and a 7-11 store located very nearby.

All reception counter staffs we meet are so polite and courteous., greeting every moment we enter or leave the hotel with a great smiles. Some even stand up and give a slight bow which totally lighten us as a short time guest....:-D View and room are spacious with great balcony park view, rarely find it has such a wide space for bath room in Japan which I enjoy so much for a winter season for a hot bath after much walking in the snow.

Hotel is well situated close to Hakodate fish market. Room was of generous proportions with plenty of storage space. Kitchen was an added bonus. Hotel had no restaurant so breakfast was either delivered to your room or you had a breakfast voucher which could be redeemed at one of the many restaurants in the fish market. We enjoyed this very much, meaning you could try a different style of food each day. The delivered breakfast was either a set japanese or western style. Staff was friendly and very helpful, despite the language barrier. However they used a portable translation device so there was no problem whatsoever. There are also laundry facilities in the hotel, which is useful.

Very nice place to stay ... apartment like feeling. I loved staying here. Within walking distance of most anywhere. Hakodate is a walkable town and the tram is very convenient if you don't feel like walking. Pick up some food at the morning market or other markets in town and cook yourself a feast if you like. I loved the bathtub too. Fill it once and reheat the water whenever you want a hot relaxing soak. Sit outside on your little terrace and enjoy the view and fresh air.

Huge apartment style room. Service from all staff are incredible and made our 4 days stay very memorable. We walked from the hotel to Red Brick House and slowly stroll to Mt Hakodate Ropeway. Plenty of restaurants around the area. Highly recommend the conveyor sushi near JR Station (Nemoru Hanamaru), had our best meal there with reasonable pricing.

It is a fully facilitated one-bedroom apartment, spacious and with a full kitchen and a balcony that comes with a great view! The location was also pretty great. It is only a short walk to the Hakodate JR station and the Red Brick Warehouse (within 10mins). The tram stop is roughly 3min walk away door-to-door. We really enjoyed the apartment.

This was a last minute reservation, as we had to stay in Hakodate two extra days and our first hotel was full. The room had a kitchenette. The view from our room was good. We were happy to be able to stay here. The location was close to the train station, which worked out very well.
